Namasté - Yoga at work

Excitement and curiosity could be felt at the first Topas Yoga session. Sport while sitting on a chair was new to everyone who signed up for this trial class. In the well-filled 25 minutes, we all did something for ourselves: yoga exercises for the neck area, the upper cervical spine or the eyes brought new energy and ideas of what one can do oneself in a few minutes to compensate for relieving postures. Fit and clearly full of energy, everyone went back to work. We are looking forward to the next "Yoga at Work" - and to a relaxed summer break.
