We provide our customers with a comprehensive after-sales service for all Topas devices.
Our service package after purchase:
- Inspection and calibration with certificate
- Recording of the actual condition (incoming inspection) with certificate (on request)
- Processing of warranty claims
- Repair based on a cost estimate
Regular inspection and calibration of your devices ensures safe, reliable operation in accordance with the functions and specifications. Depending on the type of device, our maintenance includes disassembly, basic cleaning, replacement of parts, if necessary, reassembly, necessary adjustments and, as part of a calibration, confirmation of correct operation with a certificate.
On request, we can record the actual condition of your device with a certificate as part of an incoming goods inspection as an additional service. You receive proof for your quality management and your customers that your device has worked within the permissible tolerance until it is sent in. We are also happy to provide you with competent support in the event of malfunctions or if repairs are required. We identify the causes, provide you with cost estimates for rectification and carry out a professional repair after your approval. Subsequent adjustment and calibration, if necessary, is a matter of course.

We recommend regular calibration (usually annually), especially if the measuring devices are used to safeguard quality management tasks. The device acceptance / calibration is carried out by our specialists on one of our acceptance test benches in our in-house calibration laboratory. All internal reference measuring equipment is subject to our test equipment monitoring in accordance.
We guarantee the proper functioning of the devices and equipment delivered by us. The warranty period is 12 months from receipt of the delivery at the place of destination (see GTC). In the event of a repair of Topas equipment, we shall carry it out on our premises. In addition, we are always interested in accommodating arrangements in the interests of our customer relationship.
When returning units for repair and maintenance work or calibration, please attach the decontamination declaration correctly and filled out to the outside of the package or send it to us. We would like to point out that we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged equipment that is not properly packaged and recommend that you use the original packaging.
