We have once again received the ISO 9001: 2015 quality certificate from TÜV SÜD for the next three years. The quality standard helps companies to improve their performance, customer satisfaction as well as compliance and officially confirms these efforts. Dealing with the issue in everyday working life, annual surveillance audits and three-yearly recertification for all areas of the company are now a matter of course for our employees. Critically questioning our own work processes, recognizing, and exploiting potential for improvement and correctly assessing strengths and weaknesses helps our customers and us in the same way.
