... was quite valuable for us. NPTI is still a relevant topic. In addition, numerous research projects are carried out on aircraft emissions. Exhaust gases from diesel and petrol engines will continue to influence the global climate for another 50 years - the identification of broken exhaust filters and the application of PTI to all vehicles was therefore also the focus of the discussion. Other trends on the Zurich agenda were the retrofitting of petrol engines with OPFs (#Retrofit) and the major topic of indoor air quality via cost-effective sensor technology in the field of occupational safety and environmental monitoring. All in all, it was very interesting to be participant of the 27th ETH Nanoparticles Conference - we took away a lot: exciting presentations, networking with a large number of exhibitors and a lively exchange of ideas, including about our poster presentation on the topic of "Calibration aerosols for PTI-PN counters". See you in 2025 in any case!
